My sister was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) and is in need of a bone marrow transplant. Because of her mixed heritage (Japanese/Caucasian) finding a match has been unsuccessful. She needs a donor from the same mixed heritage to save her life. I know the pride we all feel in being a Hapa, show it by registering to become a donor. Only we can save one of us.
