Funny, I always used to have to mark caucasion because there were no Hawaiian or South Pacific Islander boxes (even though I'm 5/8th white, I'm still 3/8th Hawaiian) .... at least now I see them a lot (and mark 'em... hell yah), but have not seen a box that allows you to be bi racial.... odd... and kinda rascist.... -

Sat, November 20, 2004 - 11:03 PMi didn't make it to the photo-shoot, due to car problems unfortunately but i am totally looking forward to the book being published and will definitely purchase it and put it on my coffee table. it is a major project and i believe they even got some high profile peeps involved in it, such as celebrities being involved in the photo shoots, etc.

I read the very first message, and got excited that a photo shoot was coming up in November. That's some kind of advance planning, I thought. Then I realized it was November of *last year*. Dang!
Anyway, this is a great idea. Kip Fullbeck makes really interesting things. I'm looking forward to seeing the book when it finally comes out. -

Thu, August 18, 2005 - 10:19 AMKip is a friend of mine and he actually photographed me for the project (I won't tell you which one is me because I hate hate hate my photo -- it was taken at 1 a.m. after a long day, grrr). The last time I talked to him he siad Sean Lennon is writing an intro. That should be really interesting!
I can't wait to see the final product, whenever that is. -
